Tôi mới mua Laptop Acer Aspire V13 mã V3-371-33A7 cài Windows 8.1 32 bit. Bàn chuột cảm ứng không có tác dụng, tôi tìm trên mạng nhưng không thấy có Driver TouchPad cho loại máy trên. Bạn nào biết tư vấn giúp tôi.
1. Nhìn trong Device Manager bạn để ý mục Mice and other pointing, bạn có thấy có dòng nào là Synapstic hay ELAN không? nếu không thì là chưa cài Driver TouchPad nhé. lúc này thì lên trang chủ tải về và cài thôi. 2. Nếu ban có thấy 1 trong 2 cái đó thì là nó đc cài rồi, lúc này thì bạn tìm trong System Tray cái biểu tượng chuột cảm ứng ấy, rồi kích đúp vào nó, cho cái cửa sổ điều khiển của nó hiện ra, sau đó thì tích chọn các tính năng muốn dùng thôi như là, zoom, scroll....
