Acer laptop not turning on blue light blinking

So recently, my Acer Nitro 5[Model N17C1] won't turn on. Even when the charger is already plugged in, the indicator lights are off. But when I clicked the power button, the light[with lamp symbol] flashes blue light 5 times. Tried changing both the adapter and the battery but still the same result. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or do I need to get it to the service center [warranty expired]?
