Perhaps. Perhaps not. While you will physically be able to seat an MxM card in the version in your laptop, there are a lot of variables at play [like VBIOS and iGPU mentioned by Mr MM and w00pw0p]. Also, the Sager/Clevo power and cooling systems are designed with the MxM cards rated for a certain TDP wattage. For example, if the mobo was designed for a card with 75watts TDP, and you put in a newly designed pushes 100watts TDP, you may be damaging other mobo components due to the higher power requirements/ heat dissipation.
