Export drop-down list Excel

It would be helpful if there was a way to export the dropdown values that are in the dropdown tables so that someone could use those values. Sometimes its necessary to import a spreadsheet and it would be helpful if we had the exact dropdown values to use when importing. doing this manually is not efficient.
