However, almost all brand named products are fake. Someone without a knowledge would never know that they are receiving fake electronics.

Even reported this to Lazada. Few conversations telling me that they are reviewing and taking action. But, they did not take action to the seller nor implemented any genuine verification of the products being sold.

While some listings are super cheap to be recognized as fake, many products are an almost similar price to original but, copies.

Really good platform

Really good platform. Had some issue with a vendor on my purchase where vendor sent obviously defective product and is unwilling to replace. Lazada aftersale service, although slow, managed to follow through with the sales and provide a refund.

I generally feel more assured buying items from Lazada

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Trying to reach Lazada due to a delivery being delayed. Even customer service functions on the APP do not work properly and prompts an error message: "page could not be found". It's convenient to run a business and just take people's money without proving any service and wasting people's time with late delivery!

Better options on the market so stay away!

Lazada has become bad to worse

Lazada has become bad to worse. I purchased a shaver and immediately after receiving contact their support sending the video that it doesn't work. But still they asked me to contact seller. After contacting seller in proof there is no option of video attachment so I attached photos. Seller after making illogical comments closed the review. Lazada did NOTHING. All products you need, long delivery times though!

I ordered a fan and some bed sheets at lazada thailand. It took them 2 weeks to deliver the products although it was stated to be delivered within 3-5 days. Whenever i called the customer support they tried to solve the issue, friendly though! Apart from the delay, its the most convenient way for getting the stuff delivered. Will order at lazada TH again

I bought a some baby care products from lazada, I have paid higher as seller claimed products are genuine. After arrival product didnt seem legit. Nevertheless i checked the products. they were so different than the stock photos. Instead of using it i contacted lazada. Lazada only sent automated message but didnt get any timely update so i went to the local supplier's office. Supplier confirmed that product that i purchased from lazada are not authentic. I reported to lazada. But lazada rather dragged the case almost 2 months. in the end lazada terminated my account because I have complained. I got ripped off. Stay away from Lazada

Account made useless without any clear explanation

I was prompted I couldn’t make any purchase anymore because I wasn’t following t&c which they did not specify.

Explanation does not even make sense:

For security reasons, Lazada would like to refuse to answer specific details, hope you sympathize.“

Amateur delivery service

amateur delivery service. ordered friday was promised delivery monday maybe tuesday. Calling tuesday morning to inquire where goods are at receiving answer that product will be delivered 11 am - noon same day....17:14 my goods have still not been delivered. called Lazada who then informed product is still at shop..Had I bought somewhere else I would not have had this hassle....How come Lazada does not follow up closely on delivery after my first inquiry? Genuine reviews are rejected.

Wrote a review for a product that was a replica of the original, and that it was decent enough since it is cheap and I was satisfied with the product anyway.

Somehow lazada rejected my review for "counterfeit" and that they will contact me later as they have reported it as a case? Seems like quite a shady website that they don't allow genuine reviews being posted, use other e-platforms instead.

Both the times that I've ordered from lazada, the packaging was dented.

Fast delivery and well secured items

Fast delivery and earlier than i expected. Also the item is well package and protected. Order was processed in the same day then it was delivered after 2 days. I bought the item 2 years ago until now the item is in good condition. Thanks !

Locked Account for My Safety

This is the 4th time in 2 years Lazada has locked my account for so called safety issues. I have purchased over 50 items equalling more than ₱250,000.

Once they have even deactivated my account. When I contacted them they said I requested my account to be closed. This is something that I never did.

Unprofessional company

These comments are a followup to previous report where the seller refused to provide a refund for an inferior product which I returned without the required return period Lazada continues to avoid and ignore responsibility for providing a refund. Their agents do nothing to assist and in actual fact lack an understanding of customer service. As well some of them can’t respond to direct questions. Numerous broken promises . Correspondence through emails is also ignored. Use caution when using this company to order products or more specifically trying to get a refund. Frustrating to say the least.

Poor after sales support

I've now had 2 items that have broken with a month of ownership. One was a mop and the other a Mi Band 2. It is impossible to contact the seller, the manufacturer doesn't want to help and Lazada cries 'ignorance is bliss'. Not that I won't use them in the future, but they need to enforce that customers will get after sales support. I don't expect a $41 product to fail within a month...but apparently no one else is surprised.

What happened?

Lazada was the 1st online store I tried. 1st 2 of my orders came in within a week, then suddenly my succeeding order would arrive 2 - 3 weeks. And they no longer provide me with tracking number for each item I purchased. Got disappointed with the service, but still love the products. purchased all my 6 pillows from them, all though I have to wait long. Found the best pillows for myself in this site.
