Probably the best rich and creamy tasting protein powder [if you mix it with whole milk and two bananas]. I have been using MuscleTech since 2004 my first experience was Meso-Tech [discontinued] MuscleTech has never let me down I assure you. I recommend it strongly.

We find the Nitro Tech Whey Gold works well for us as a meal replacement or smoothie creator, because it has a medium level of thickness. We don't use this powder as an after-workout drink, because we prefer our after-workout drinks to be a bit thinner so they can swallow more quickly and easily.
