There is a save game function though? Just go to the pause menue and go to settings I believe, and there should be something about save game. I'm assuming you know how to get the pause menu but if not, try clicking down on your right analogue stick on your controller [assuming you're using one, otherwise I don't know how to help].

first of all when I start the game it says there is no save game, save a new i click yes but noting happens
