Lỗi khi cài đặt offices 2016 và không view được các file đính kèm trong outlook

Khắc phục

• Copy đoạn code dưới đây

• Mở notepad và paste vào notepad
• Lưu với tên bất kỳ nhưng phần mở rộng phải là .reg
• Click đôi chuột vào file vừa tạo ra, đồng ý với nhắc nhở
• Tắt outlook hoặc khởi động lại máy tính để kiểm tra

Trong quá trình hỗ trợ khách hàng " Sửa Máy Tính Tại nhà" của kỹ thuật Máy Tính Xanh gặp rất nhiều trường hợp anh chị em văn phòng gặp lỗi xem nhanh (cannot be previewed) trong outlook trên win 10.

Lỗi này thường gặp là do cho chúng ta chưa "enable" dịch vụ fileware trong windown 10 hoặc windown 8.1. Để "enable" dịch vụ Fileware trong windown lên Chúng ta làm các bước sau nhé.

1. Nhấn phím Windows + phím R (để mở ra hộp Run dialog box).
2. Đánh chữ services.msc, sau đó nhấn Enter.
3. Cửa sổ Services window mở ra,Tìm và click phải vào Windows Firewall, sau đó chọn Properties.
4. Sổ xuống và chọ thuộc tính Automatic, sau đó nhấn OK.
5. Ở dịch vụ Windows Firewall, Chúng ta nhấp vào Start.

Symptoms

When you try to preview an Office file attachment in the Microsoft Outlook reading pane, you receive the following error message:

This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following previewer

Cause

This problem occurs if both of the following conditions are true.

• Windows Firewall service is not running.
• You're using Outlook on a Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, or Windows Server 2012-based computer.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, start the Windows Firewall service:

1. Press the Windows key+R (to open the Run dialog box).
2. Type services.msc, and then select OK.
3. In the Services window, right-click Windows Firewall, and then select Properties.
4. Make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic, and then select OK.
5. Right-click Windows Firewall, and then select Start.

The Previewer feature in Outlook uses the Protected View feature (also known as a sandbox). This feature was introduced in Microsoft Office 2010. In Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2012, the Protected View feature has been improved in conjunction with the AppContainer feature. This provides stronger process isolation, and it also blocks network access from the sandbox.
