Spent almost two hours trying to speak to a representative to make a minor change in my policy - I made a typo in my name and could not correct online and customer service wouldn’t respond to emails or let me speak to a representative. Therefore, I cancelled the policy. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to file a claim. Difficult to respond given I didn’t use the coverage. It is reasuring the coverage is in place. It is easy to acquire and compare using the Insure mytrip site.
