The teams will be seeded in accordance with the overall European Qualifiers rankings. Hosts Germany will be automatically seeded into pot 1, and placed in position A1.

Switzerland – On 14 September 2022, the Swiss Football Association officially confirmed the bid and announced Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lucerne, Lausanne, Zürich, Thun, St. Gallen and Sion as their candidate-cities to host the events.

Ten venues across the country will host group stage and knockout games, with the final to be staged at the iconic Wembley Stadium.
