Did my breast augmentation with Dr. Frieman on May 24, I thought I was going to be in so much pain but nope not bad at all. My coordinator was Sofia she’s great answers emails quickly. My results are amazing they look so good and so natural. I will be back for a tummy tuck when I finish having kids.

Let me start by saying that I’m on my third coordinator. A lady named Madeline who has never spoken to me. I emailed her multiple times and called but she is always busy. The previous 2 coordinators were about as responsive as this one. I have not had surgery yet and the jury is still out. But I have trust issues with a place that has poor customer service and with my unknown coordinador. Hopefully the dr. Is better and can change my opinion of this place.

First let me start by saying this place is a ripe off, starting with my coordinator katherine Ruiz. I first spoke to her on March 14 2018 she told me my procedure was$3500 I gave her my bank account information, they only took $3000 she never told me what I needed to do on March 26 I called and ask for a new coordinator because I never was contacted by ms. Katherine I was put on hold and wouldn't you know the next voice was Ms Katherine I explain to her I wasn't satisfied I told her I paid on March 14 and was trying to set up surgery date, so we did that, after speaking to a co worker I found out I needed lab work I start calling and emailing Katherine I finally got back in contact with her the last week of April she sent me things I needed from the lab which was done on May 1st and fax to her the same day, after contacting katherine during this time she finally gives me her direct number, I ask her with all do I need before flying there and do I owe anything she said no I don't owe but I will need a pillow and a garment, I purchased the pillow but waited because I didn't want to get the wrong size due to the swollen, now this is where another nightmare started, I go in for my pre opt, found out that I made arrangements and owed $500 I tell this lady that I asked katherine twice if I owed she said No! The recipe they have is showing I paid $3500 but they can't find the $500 so tomorrow on May 15th 2018 before surgery someone is gonna speak to me not knowing it was gonna be katherine, now she said idk why the they didn't take all the money during that time and when I asked her did I owe she said no because that's what it states now remind you this is 15min before surgery once I told her look I'll pay the $500 because that's the amount you told me now here's the kicker, instead of taking the $500 off my card she says now you owe $1000 before you can go into surgery today now you know my pressure is going up, but trying to stay calm I ask katherine in a soft voice may I please speak to your supervisor she said the only person over her is the owner and she don't speak ENGLISH! still trying to remain calm I paid the $1000 because I can't book another flight and come back out here from Washington DC my daughter was out front after I spoke to her she was irate, now it's time for surgery the anesthesiologist who was so friendly ask me what was wrong I told her about the money situation she asked for a supervisor to come and speak to me because she didn't want me stressing before surgery, now this other women comes in and say let me get someone else, guess who comes in yes! Katherine at this time I have my iv in my arm there's no one else in the room and this lady says to me, oh you again didn't I tell you that its nothing I can do, now either you want the surgery or not and walk out...now the anesthesiologist comes back in and say was everything solve i told her no but it's okay i need to remain calm after going into the surgery room i had my pressure checked it was 207/88 she told me i need to close my eyes and think happy so my pressure can come down because they can't do the surgery like this, finally after taking it 3 more times it went down, after surgery I found out that they didn't have a garment in my size, on May 16th I'm scheduled to have a lymphatic massage for drainage, after message my daughter goes back to cg cosmetic to buy my garment they give me one that is to big for $150 and can't get my money back.. Cg cosmetic is a ripe off!
