Hướng dẫn chấm điểm kỹ thuật cho thuốc năm 2024

Ngày 26/9/2014, Bộ Y tế đã ban hành Tiêu chuẩn đánh giá về mặt kỹ thuật tại hồ sơ mời thầu mua thuốc kèm Thông tư 31/2014/TT-BYT để thay thế bảng cũ ban hành kèm Thông tư 37/2013/TT-BYT. So với quy định cũ thang điểm tối đa cho từng tiêu chí có nhiều thay đổi, ví dụ như: • Điểm xét về cơ sở sản xuất thuốc tham dự thầu tăng từ 23 lên 25. • Điểm xét về tình hình vi phạm chất lượng của thuốc dự thầu giảm từ 15 xuống 10. • Điểm xét về kinh nghiệm của nhà thầu cung ứng thuốc giảm từ 6 xuống 5 điểm. Hồ sơ đề xuất về kỹ thuật được đánh giá đáp ứng yêu cầu về kỹ thuật khi đáp ứng đủ các yêu cầu sau: • Điểm của từng tiêu chí tại yêu cầu về chất lượng thuốc và về đóng gói, bảo quản, giao hàng không thấp hơn 60% điểm tối đa tiêu chí đó. • Tổng điểm của tất cả các tiêu chí đánh giá về mặt kỹ thuật không thấp hơn 80% tổng số điểm Thông tư này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký ban hành. - The scores of each criterion for medicine quality and packaging, preservation, delivery are not lower than 60% of the maximum scores. - The total score of all technical criteria is not lower than 80. 3.
