I really love that it's a softgel which makes it easy to swallow even though they are quite large. Taking four times a day is way too much and you only get a 30 day stash so I think they need to refine their focus so that you only have to take two or three. You also need to increase the number of servings. The price is the same. You need to take away the added vitamins C and E, which can reduce them. I recommend it.

This could be a great pill but I couldn't stop taking 4 of these HORSE pills a day. Look, I agree with big pills, but taking 4 of them is too much. In addition, these are not normal horse tablets, but XL horse tablets. For those who may not know what I'm talking about, the actual tray size is VERY VERY large, as in Extra Large. You really need to sort this part out as I don't get to use it on a daily basis. Sad :(

I definitely feel that the MET-Rx Joint Guard noticeably improves post-workout recovery time, the same way my knees, elbows and shoulders feel after a workout.
